One on one training is so highly successful because of the attention the each individuals needs. The process begins with a demo session. This is always free of charge to the client. We make sure you and the trainer are a match; you’re comfortable with our level of knowledge and commitment. We start with a health and orthopedic evaluation then move on to you personal goals and finish with diet and current activity analysis. We do guarantee results and keep you accountable for all “homework”.
